You would like to return items from:

  1. Log into your Worldofpacifiers  client account. Go to ″My Orders″, and select the order which is associated with the item(s) you wish to return
  2. Select the quantity of the item by clicking on the relevant drop down box. Please also select the reason of the return for each item

Fees deducted from the return credit or refund

Once your returned items have been treated, you will receive a confirmation email. A refundable credit note will be generated on your account after treatment of your returned parcel by our warehouse.

The reimbursement request is processed automatically once your return is validated deducting the shipment costs.

Please note that the returned items should be sent back in perfect condition (unused and undamaged) and in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

You will be refunded by the same payment method as your original order. Please note it may take up to 10 days for the money to appear in your account. (all bank fees will be at your expense in the case of international transfers)

 

How do I return a faulty or incorrect item? 

Please contact us before sending the parcel back, let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it.
